We have a couple of different boards for mounting your posters or signs.
The most common is foam core board ($2.00 per square foot) that has a heat activated glue on one side. This board must be run through our large-format laminating machine (pictured below) to provide a finished product (laminating charges apply).
This is one of our large format laminators. We are able to laminate items that are up to 37" wide with these machines. The longest item that we have done was 8 feet long and we could certainly go longer! For glossy laminate 5 mil thick, it is $5.50 per linear foot. For satin laminate 5 mil thick, it is $7.00 per linear foot. We can also laminate smaller items from an I.D. up to 11" by 17" with our small laminator. Items smaller than 8.5" by 11" are $1.00 each, letter size items are $1.50 each, and items that are up to 11" by 17" are $2.50 each. These prices are for 5 mil lamination. We also have 10 mil available in legal size ($2.50 each) and 11" by 17" ($3.50 each).
Another board type that we have is foam core with a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) glue applied to one side and is called Dry Mount ($4.00 per square foot). We directly apply your poster or sign to this board with no laminating needed.
The other type of board we stock is plastic core ($2.00 per square foot). This type is ideal for outdoor use as it will not rot. This board doesn't have any adhesive pre-applied to it so we need to use paper or vinyl that has the PSA glue already applied to it (extra charges apply).
We also stock trim ($1.80 per linear foot) that can be applied to all of these mounts. The trim beautifies the poster or sign and also serves to protect the edges from getting beat up or coming apart. We have gloss black, chrome, white, blue, red, gold and gunmetal colored trims.
Our folding machines work very well for making bi- tri- and even quad-folds to make your greeting cards, informative brochures, flyers, booklet covers, etc. ($0.05 per sheet).
We have a cutting machine that makes short work of stacks of paper up to 18 inches wide turning them into business cards, greeting cards, place cards, tags, flyers, etc. ($1.00 per cut).
These machines are for comb and spiral binding booklets. We have clear front covers and black back covers available to protect your booklet. We also have glue binding available. These have a clear cover and white spine and back cover. Binding costs $3.00 per booklet.
This 3 ring hole puncher also works great for putting the holes in tags.
