We have a couple of different boards for mounting your posters or signs.
The most common is white 3/16" thick foam core board ($2.00 per square foot) that has a heat activated glue on one side. This board must be run through our large-format hot roller machine (pictured below) to provide a finished product. We also have black 3/16" foam core board that has PSA glue pre-applied to it.
This is one of our large format hot laminators. We are able to laminate or dry mount items that are up to 37" wide with these machines. To dry mount, it is $2.00 per linear foot. For glossy laminate 5 mil thick, it is $4.50 per linear foot. For satin laminate 5 mil thick, it is $6.00 per linear foot. We can also laminate smaller items from an I.D. up to 11" by 17" with our pouch laminator. Items smaller than 8.5" by 11" are $1.00 each, letter size items are $1.50 each, and items that are up to 11" by 17" are $2.50 each. These prices are for 5 mil lamination. We also have 10 mil available in legal size ($2.50 each) and 11" by 17" ($3.50 each).
The other type of board we stock is white 3/16" thick plastic core ($2.00 per square foot). This type is ideal for outdoor use as it will not rot. This board doesn't have any adhesive pre-applied to it so we must print your sign or banner on vinyl that has the PSA glue already applied to it using our wide-format ink jet.
We also stock trim ($1.50 per linear foot) that can be applied to all of these mounts. The trim beautifies the poster or sign and also serves to protect the edges from getting beat up or coming apart. We have gloss black, chrome, white, blue, red, gold and gunmetal colored trims.
Our folding machines are excellent for making bi- tri- and even quad-folds to make your greeting cards, informative brochures, flyers, booklet covers, etc. ($0.05 per sheet).
We have a cutting machine that makes short work of stacks of paper up to 18 inches wide turning them into business cards, greeting cards, place cards, tags, flyers, etc. ($1.00 per cut).
These machines are for comb and spiral binding booklets. We have clear front covers and black back covers available to protect your booklet (starting at $3.00 per booklet).
We also have glue binders available. These have a clear cover and white or black spine and back cover ($3.00 each).
This 3 ring hole puncher also works great for putting the holes in tags ($1.00 per 100 sheets).
